Director-General of Community Development Attends HLPF 2024 to Advance Thailand's SDG Efforts

          Mr. Sayam Sirimongkol, Director-General of the Community Development Department, was a representative of Ministry of Interior at the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development 2024 (HLPF 2024). He participated alongside representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The event was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA.

          The HLPF 2024 is taking place from July 8-12, 2024, with the purpose of reviewing progress and discussing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year's forum focuses on "Reinforcing the 2030 Agenda and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises: the effective delivery of sustainable, resilient, and innovative solutions."
