PhuLae International Animation Festival คือเทศกาลภาพยนตร์แอนิเมชันนานาชาติที่จัดขึ้น ณ จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีที่มาของชื่อจาก “สับปะรดภูแล”

ผลไม้ GI ที่ปลูกได้ที่เชียงรายเท่านั้น เป็นสับปะรด "ลูกเล็ก" แต่มีรสชาติโดดเด่นเฉพาะตัว สะท้อนถึงตัวตนของเทศกาลได้เป็นอย่างดีว่า "แม้เราจะเป็นจุดเริ่มเล็กๆ ในพื้นที่ แต่เทศกาลของเราจะสร้างประสบการณ์ที่แตกต่าง เปี่ยมด้วยเสน่ห์ที่น่าจดจำไปสู่ระดับโลก"
